StoreorChangetheAllStart
SpeedSetting(ALLSTORE)
BoththeFLOORandtheOPTIONmustberunning
beforetheALLSTOREspeedsettingcanbestored
inmemory.
Note:IfonlyoneorneitherFLOORandOPTION
arerunning,theALLSTARTcommandwillbe
interpretedasarequesttostartboth,ortostarttheone
thatisnotrunningwhiletheotherisrunning.Nothing
isstoredandtheactivecommandisthepreviously
storedFLOORcommandandthepreviouslystored
OPTIONcommand.
1.PresstheALLSTART
buttontostartthe
FLOORandtheOPTION.
2.SetthedesiredspeedsofbothFLOORand
OPTIONbyusingtheappropriateIncreaseand
Decreasespeedbuttonsforeachoutput.
3.PresstheALLSTARTbuttonwhilethe
FLOORandOPTIONarerunning.
TheLCDacknowledgesthenewregularcommand
forbothoutputsbydisplayingALLSTORE.
SettingthePreset1,2,and3
Buttons
ThreePresetvaluesthatsimultaneouslyaffectboththe
FLOORandtheOPTIONoutputsareprovided.Each
Presetbuttonactsessentiallylikeapreviewmodefor
theALLSTART,exceptthattheyusedifferent,user
denedquickreferencespeedvalues.IftheFLOOR
and/ortheOPTIONhappentoberunningatthetime
thePresetispushed,apreviewvalueofbothFloorand
OptionisdisplayedandiftheALLSTARTbuttonis
thenpressedthecurrentoperatingvaluesarereplaced
bythePresetvalues.
TheuserdenedPresetvaluesforPRESET1,PRESET
2,andPRESET3areindividuallysetasfollows:
1.StartbothFLOORandOPTIONeitherindividually
orbyusingtheALLSTARTbutton
.
2.SetthedesiredspeedsofbothFLOORand
OPTIONbyusingtheappropriateIncreaseand
Decreasespeedbuttonsforeachoutput.
3.PressandholdtheSTOREbuttonandthen
pressthePRESETbutton(1,2,or3).
Note:IfSTOREisheldandaPresetbuttonpressed
whileeitherFLOORorOPTIONareoff,nonewvalue
isstoredforeitherFloororOption;thePresetholds
thevaluespreviouslystored.
ToOperateinPresetMode
TobeginworkoroperatefromaPresetmodedothe
following:
1.PressthedesiredPresetbutton(1,2or3)todisplay
theFloorandOptionsettings.
2.PressAllStart,AllStarttostorethesettingstothe
currentworkingmemory.Note:thiswillturnonthe
FloorandOptionifthehydraulicsareturnedon.
3.UsetheStartandStopbuttonstocontroltheFloor
andOptionasdesired
BatteryLife,BUMPS,
OperatingFrequency,Base&
RemoteIDDisplay
HoldingdowntheALLSTOPandOPTION
STOPbuttonssimultaneouslyresultsindisplayof
multiplepointsofinformation.Ifthebuttonsremain
helddown,thedisplaycyclesapproximatelyeverytwo
(2)secondsdisplayingrstthebatterylifeexpectancy
inpercentremainingonlineone,andBUMPS—Base
UnitMessagesPerSecond—informationonlinetwo.
ThesubsequentcycledisplaystheOperatingFrequency
(Channel)onwhichtheunitscommunicate,then
theHandheldRemoteIDnumber,followedbythe
associatedBaseUnitID.BothhandheldandbaseIDs
areshownashexadecimalvalues.
LoadingMaterial
Loadthemachinefromthetoporfromtherear.
Formostmaterials,suchassandorgravel,youcan
useafrontendbucketloader.Formaterialssuchas
landscapingtiesorfertilizerbags,loadfromtherearby
placingthematerialontheconveyorbeltandsetting
thehydraulicsintheloadposition.
Youmayneedtoremovethereargateforeasieraccess.
Ifsacksofmaterialarebeingused,emptythesacksinto
theloader’sbucketbeforeloadingthematerialintothe
hopper.Toensurestability,distributetheloadevenly,
fronttobackandsidetoside.
