Installing the Towable Manual Lift 1. 4. Secure the tow bar to the attachment using 2 clevis pins and 2 hairpin cotters (Figure 3). . Secure the top of the 2 wheel support beams to the top of the attachment using 2 bolts (10 x 25 mm), 2 washers (10 mm), and 2 locknuts (10 mm) on each side (Figure 7). 7. To create space to lower the tow wheel, rotate the handle on the top link to raise the tow bar (A of Figure 8). 8. Lower the tow wheel (B of Figure 8). 9. Secure the tow bar to the hitch on the towing vehicle and raise the tow wheel (C of Figure 8). 10. Raise the tow wheel (D of Figure 8).

11. 13. Rotate the handle on the top link to raise the rear of the attachment (Figure 9). WARNING Secure the bottom of the 2 wheel support beams to the bottom of the attachment using 2 bolts (10 x 25 mm), 2 washers (10 mm), and 2 locknuts (10 mm) on each side (Figure 10). Raising the rear of the attachment creates a negative tongue weight on the towing vehicle. Ensure that the towing vehicle has the appropriate size and mass to control the weight of the raised attachment.

14. Secure the 2 wheels to the bottom holes on the 2 wheel support beams using 2 clevis pins and 2 hairpin cotters (Figure 11). 15. Operation Converting the Attachment to the Working Position 1. Rotate the handle on the top link to lower the front of the attachment so that the weight of the attachment is off the wheels. 2. Remove the 2 wheels, flip them upside down, install them in the upper hole, and secure them using the 2 clevis pins and 2 hairpin cotters (Figure 13). g351078 Figure 13 Right side shown 1. Wheel 3.
