lockthehandleinthedesiredposition.

StoppingtheHedgeTrimmer

1.Releaseeitherthetriggerswitchortheauxiliaryhandle

trigger(Figure3).

2.Allowatleast5secondsforthecuttingbladetostopmoving.

ChargingtheBatteryPack

Important:Forbestresults,yourbatterytoolshouldbe

chargedinalocationwherethetemperatureismorethan5°

C(41°F)butlessthan40°C(104°F).Toreducetheriskof

seriouspersonalinjury,donotstoreoutsideorinvehicles.

Chargingtimewillbeincreasedifnotchargedwithinthis

range.

1.Ifthepowercordisnotpluggedintothecharger,plugit

intothecharger(Figure5),thenplugthepowercordinto

apowersocket.

Note:Usethepowercordthatmatchesyourpowersockets.

2.Turnthebatteryupsidedownandlineupthebatteryterminal

withtheslotinthecharger(Figure5andFigure6).
