andmakesurethatitlocksintoplace(Aof

OperatingTips
Keepthetrimmertiltedtowardtheareabeingcut;
thisisthebestcuttingarea.
Thestringtrimmercutswhenyoupassitfromleft
toright.Thispreventsthetrimmerfromthrowing
debrisattheyou.
Usethetipofthestringtodothecutting;donot
forcethestringheadintouncutgrass.
Wireandpicketfencescauseextrastringwear,
evenbreakage.Stoneandbrickwalls,curbs,and
woodmaywearstringrapidly.
Avoidtreesandshrubs.Treebark,woodmoldings,
siding,andfencepostscaneasilybedamaged
bythestrings.
