• Be familiar with the controls and proper use of the mac hine .

Setup 1. Operation Loosen the knob, then move the assist handle up or down the shaft to your desired height (Figure 1). During operation, the trimmer may throw objects in the operator’s or a bystander’s direction, causing injury. • Wear safety goggles or other suitable eye protection, long pants, and shoes while operating the trimmer. • Keep bystanders away from the work area. When the trimmer is running the cutting head is spinning.

Starting and Stopping the Trimmer spool, refeed the line through eyelet, and assemble spool to trimmer. Operating Tips To start the trimmer, squeeze the trigger (Figure 5). To reduce line wear and improve trimming performance, use the following techniques when trimming: • Remove any wire, rope or string-like matter which could become entangled in the rotating line from the trimming area. • Trim only when the grass and weeds are dry.

Storage Installing the Spool Store the trimmer and extension cord indoors, in a cool dry location, out of reach of children and animals. If you do not fully install the spool and cap, the trimmer could throw them during operation, causing injury to you or bystanders. 1. Important: Do not rest the trimmer on the guard or it may warp and interfere with the cutting line. Note: Devices for retaining extension cords are commercially available.

Einrichtung 1. Betrieb Lösen Sie das Handrad, schieben Sie dann den Griff entlang des Schafts auf die gewünschte Höhe (Bild 1). Während des Einsatzes kann der Rasentrimmer Gegenstände auf Benutzer oder Unbeteiligte schleudern und sie verletzen. • Tragen Sie während der Arbeit mit dem Rasentrimmer eine Schutzbrille oder anderen geeigneten Augenschutz, eine lange Hose und Schuhe. • Halten Sie Zuschauer aus dem Arbeitsbereich fern. Der Schneidkopf dreht sich bei eingeschaltetem Rasentrimmer.

Einlagerung Einsetzen der Spule Lagern Sie den Rasentrimmer und das Verlängerungskabel innen an einem trockenen für Kinder und Haustiere nicht zugänglichen Standort. Wenn Sie die Spule und Kappe nicht vollständig einsetzen, könnten sie während des Betriebs aus dem Rasentrimmer herausgeschleudert werden und den Benutzer oder Unbeteiligte verletzen. 1. Wichtig: Stellen Sie den Rasentrimmer nicht auf die Abdeckung, da sie sich verbiegen kann und die Funktion des Schneidfadens beeinträchtigen kann.

Montaje 1. Operación Aﬂoje el pomo, luego desplace la empuñadura supletoria hacia arriba o hacia abajo en el mástil a la altura deseada (Figura 1). Durante la operación, la desbrozadora puede arrojar objetos hacia el operador o hacia otras personas, causando lesiones. • Lleve gafas de seguridad u otra protección ocular adecuada, pantalón largo y zapatos mientras utiliza la desbrozadora. • Mantenga alejados a otras personas de la zona de trabajo.

Almacenamiento Guarde la desbrozadora y el cable alargador en el interior, en un lugar fresco y seco, fuera del alcance de niños y animales. Importante: No apoye la desbrozadora sobre el protector; éste podría doblarse y obstruir la cuerda de corte. Nota: Pueden adquirirse dispositivos para retener los cables alargadores en comercios. Mise en service 1. Utilisation Desserrez le bouton puis élevez ou abaissez la poignée d’aide sur l’arbre jusqu’à la hauteur voulue (Figure 1). Lorsqu'elle est en marche, la débroussailleuse peut projeter des objets en direction de l'utilisateur ou de personnes à proximité et les blesser. • Portez des lunettes de sécurité ou une autre protection oculaire appropriée, un pantalon et des chaussures pour travailler avec la débroussailleuse. • N'admettez personne dans le périmètre de travail.

Remisage Rangez la débroussailleuse et la rallonge à l'intérieur, dans un local frais et sec, et hors de portée des enfants. Important: Ne mettez pas la débroussailleuse en appui sur le déﬂecteur car vous risquez de le déformer, ce qui gênerait ensuite le ﬁl de coupe. Remarque: Des dispositifs prévus pour accrocher les rallonges sont en vente dans le commerce. Figure 12 2. Tout en tenant le ﬁl et la bobine, placez le chapeau sur la bobine (Figure 13).

Preparazione 1. Funzionamento Allentate la manopola, quindi alzate o abbassate l’impugnatura di sostegno sull’albero, ﬁno all’altezza richiesta (Figura 1). Il decespugliatore può scagliare oggetti, durante l’uso, che potrebbero infortunare l’operatore o gli astanti. • Indossate occhiali di sicurezza o un altro tipo di protezione idonea degli occhi, pantaloni lunghi e scarpe, quando utilizzate il decespugliatore. • Tenete lontano gli astanti dall'area di lavoro.

1. Rimessaggio Tenete in mano il cavo e la bobina, inserite quest’ultima nella testa di taglio e il cavo nell’occhiello (Figura 12). Conservate il decespugliatore ed il cavo di prolunga in un locale chiuso, fresco e asciutto, lontano dalla portata di bambini e animali. Importante: Non appoggiate il decespugliatore sulla protezione, perché questa potrebbe deformarsi ed intralciare il cavo di taglio. Nota: Sono in commercio dispositivi appositi per trattenere i cavi di prolunga. Figura 12 2.

Montage 1. Draai de knop los en zet vervolgens de hulphandgreep op de schacht op de gewenste hoogte door deze omhoog of omlaag te schuiven (Figuur 1). De draad verlengen Aansluiting op een voedingsbron Om de snijdraad te verlengen, klopt u met de spoel op de grond terwijl de trimmer loopt (Figuur 7). Opmerking: Het mes onder de beschermkap zal de draad op de juiste lengte snijden. Als het verlengsnoer niet volledig in de toestelcontactstekker zit, kan de losse stekker leiden tot oververhitting. Hierdoor kan brand ontstaan, waardoor u of anderen brandwonden kunnen oplopen.

Onderhoud Aanbevolen onderhoudsschema Onderhoudsinterval Bij elk gebruik of dagelijks Onderhoudsprocedure • Reinig de trimmer, vooral de luchtinlaatopeningen. • Controleer de trimmer op schade en zet alle bevestigingen vast. Dagelijks onderhoud Telkens nadat de trimmer is gebruikt, moeten de volgende procedures worden uitgevoerd: • Veeg de trimmer schoon met een vochtige doek. U mag de trimmer niet schoonspuiten of onderdompelen in water. • Veeg of krab aangekoekt vuil of maaisel van de snijkop.

Stalling U moet de trimmer en het verlengsnoer binnenshuis bewaren op een droge plaats en buiten het bereik van kinderen en dieren. Belangrijk: Laat de trimmer niet op de beschermkap rusten omdat deze daardoor kan krombuigen en in aanraking komen met de snijdraad. Opmerking: Verlengsnoerhouders zijn in de winkel verkrijgbaar. Instalação 1. Körning Lossa på ratten och ﬂytta sedan stödhandtaget uppåt eller nedåt på axeln till önskad höjd (Figur 1). Under användning kan trimmern kasta föremål i riktning mot operatören eller kringstående och orsaka personskador. • Ha på dig skyddsglasögon eller något annat lämpligt ögonskydd, långbyxor och skor när du använder trimmern. • Se till så att kringstående håller sig på behörigt avstånd från arbetsområdet. När trimmern är igång snurrar klipphuvudet.

Ansluta till en strömkälla Om du inte sätter fast förlängningssladden ordentligt i kontakten kan den glappande kontakten leda till överhettning och orsaka brand, vilket eventuellt kan leda till att du eller andra personer brännskadas. Sätt fast sladden ordentligt i kontakten och använd sladdlåsningsfunktionen för att säkra den. Dagligt underhåll Utför följande efter varje användningstillfälle: • Torka av trimmern med en fuktad trasa. Spruta inte vatten över trimmern med en vattenslang, och sänk inte heller ned den i vatten.

Förvaring Förvara trimmern och förlängningssladdarna inomhus, på en torr plats utom räckhåll för barn eller husdjur. Viktigt: Låt inte trimmern vila på skyddet, eftersom det kan bli skevt och påverka klipptråden. Obs: I handeln ﬁnns anordningar som håller förlängningssladdar på plats. Figur 12 2.
