Operator’s Manual Addendum
This addendum contains setup instructions that are in addition to those in the Operator’s Manual . Read both this
addendum and the Operator’s Manual before assembling the trimmer.
Installing the Assist Handle
Snap the handle on the shaft at a height comfortable
to you.
Do not lay the trimmer down or against
something and push down on the trimmer shaft.
Instead, hold the trimmer vertical as you install the
handle.

Installing the Guard
1. Slide the guard onto the trimmer, ensuring that
the tabs on the guard slide into the rectangular
holes in the trimmer housing on both sides.

2. Snap the guard into
place and secure the
hooks under the guard
on to the trimmer.

Instalación de la
empuñadura supletoria
Conecte la empuñadura al mástil a presión, a una
altura que le sea cómoda.
No ponga la desbrozadora en el suelo ni la
incline sobre algo para empujar hacia abajo
sobre el mástil. Sujete el mástil en posición vertical
para instalar la empuñadura.
