Adjustingthedepth-of-cutleverscouldbringyourhandsintocontactwithamovingblade

andresultinseriousinjury.

•Shutofftheengine,removetheignitionkey(ifequipped),andwaitforallmovingparts

tostopbeforeadjustingthedepthofcut.

•Donotputyourngersunderthehousingwhenadjustingthedepthofcut.

CAUTION

Iftheenginehasbeenrunning,themuferwillbehotandcanburnyou.

Keepawayfromthehotmufer.

1.Shutoffthemachineandwaitforallmovingpartstostop.

2.Movethetransportleverallthewaybacktowardyouintothetransportposition(Figure10).
