MaintenanceandStorage
•Beforeperformingmaintenance,dothefollowing:
–Parkthemachineonlevelground.
–Stopthemotor.Waitforallmovementtostop
beforeadjusting,cleaning,orrepairing.
–Letthemotorcoolbeforeperforming
maintenanceorstoringthemachine.
–Unplugthemachinebeforemakinganyrepairs.
•Neverlubricate,service,repair,oradjustthe
machinewhileitisrunning.
•Keepequipmentmaterialsclearfromthemotor.
•Neverallowuntrainedpersonneltoservicethe
machine.
•Keephands,feet,andclothingawayfrommoving
parts.Ifpossible,donotmakeadjustmentswith
themotorrunning.
•Keepallpartsingoodworkingconditionandall
hardwaretightened.Replaceallwornordamaged
decals.
•Removeanybuildupofgrease,oil,ordebrisfrom
themachine.
•Donotmodifytheelectricalconnectorsorwiring.
•Donotconnectthegroundcircuitofthemachine
totheenergizedcircuitoftheelectricalsource.
•Donottamperwithsafetydevices.
•Chockthetireswhenstoringthemachine.
•Keepallnuts,bolts,screws,andhoseclamps
securelytightened.Keepequipmentingood
condition.
•Toensureoptimumperformanceandcontinued
safetycerticationofthemachine,useonly
genuineTororeplacementpartsandaccessories.
Replacementpartsandaccessoriesmadeby
othermanufacturerscouldbedangerous,and
suchusecouldvoidtheproductwarranty..
