5.Packthebearingswiththespeciedgrease.
6.Fillthecavityofhub50to80%fullofthe
speciedgrease.
7.Assemblethebearingandsealbackintothe
hub.
8.Repeatstepsthroughontheotherhub.
InstallingtheHubAssemblyand
Wheels
1.Applyalightcoatofthespeciedgreasetothe
spindle.
2.Assemblethehubassemblyontothespindle.
3.Assembletheoutboardbearingontothespindle
andseatthebearingtothehubassembly.
4.Assemblethewasherontothespindle.
5.Threadthespindlenutontothespindleand
tightenthenutwhilerotatingthehub.
Note:Tightenthenutandrotatethespindle
untilthebearingsarefullyseatedandthehub
hasnolinear-endmovement.
6.Loosenthespindlenutuntilthehubrotates
freely.
