Cleaning
CleaningtheMachine
Regularcleaningandwashingincreasesthelifespanofthe
machine.Cleanthemachineaftereachuse,beforethedirt
hardens.
Ensurethatthemotorisunplugged.
Usecarewhenusingahigh-pressuresprayerbecauseitcan
damagewarningdecals,instructionsigns,andthemotor.
Important:Usepressuresprayerstocleanonlythe
drumofthemachine.Cleanofftherestofthemachine
byhandtokeepthemotorfromgettingwet.
Important:Lubricatethetrunnionsaftercleaning;refer
toLubricatingtheBearingsandSeals(page23).
Storage
StoringtheMachine
Forstorageover30days,preparethemachineasfollows:
1.MovetheON/OFFswitchtotheOFFposition,and
unplugthepowercord.
2.Removedirtandgrimefromtheexternalpartsofthe
entiremachine,especiallythemotor.
Important:Youcanwashthemachinewithmild
detergentandwater.
3.Greasethemachine;refertoLubricatingtheBearings
andSeals(page23)andLubricatingtheDriveChain
(page24).
4.Checkandtightenallbolts,nuts,andscrews.Repairor
replaceanypartthatisdamaged.
5.Paintallscratchedorbaremetalsurfaceswithpaint
fromyourAuthorizedToroDealer.
6.Storethemachineinaclean,drygarageorstoragearea.
7.Coverthemachinetoprotectitandkeepitclean.
