ServiceInterval:Every20hours—Inspectthedrive-belt
tensionandadjustitasnecessary.Replace
thedrivebeltsiftheyshowanysignsof
wear,cracks,glazing,ordamage.

Tension
Thedrivebeltsshouldeachhave1cm(13/32inch)ofex
whenapplying6.8kg(15lb)ofpressureatmid-span(Figure
54).

2.Layastraightedgealongthedrivebelts,fromone
pulleytotheother(Figure54).
3.Withyournger,pushonthebeltwith6.8kg(15lb)
ofpressure,midwaybetweenthepulleys(Figure54).
4.Measurethedistancefromthebelttothestraightedge.
Thedistanceshouldbeapproximately1cm(13/32
inch);refertoFigure54.

2.Removethedividerplate;referto

3.Loosenthe4nutsandboltsthatsecuretheengineto
