ServiceInterval:Beforeeachuseordaily
Amongthemostcriticalelementsofthemachineisthe
compactorshoe.Itisalsothemostsubjecttodamageand
wear.Inthecourseofcompactingawidearrayofgranular
objects,themachineencountersnumerousabrasivesand
objects,suchasdirt,stones,andoccasionallyalargerockor
buriedscrap.
Thewearofthecompactorshoecansignicantlyimpairthe
efciencyandperformanceofthemachine.Therefore,itis
importanttomakefrequentchecksoftheconditionofthe
compactorshoeforleaksandcracks.(Figure25).

Cleaning
RemovingDebrisfromthe
Machine
Regularcleaningandwashingwillincreasethelifespanofthe
machine.Cleanthemachineimmediatelyafteruse,before
thedirthardens.
Checkbeforecleaningthatthefueltankcapisproperlyin
placetoavoidgettingwaterinthetank.
Usecarewhenusingahigh-pressuresprayerbecauseitcan
damagewarningdecals,instructionsigns,andtheengine.
