ServiceInterval:Every40hours—Checkthe
hydrauliclinesforleaks,loose
ttings,kinkedlines,loosemounting
supports,wear,anddeterioration.
(Makenecessaryrepairsbefore
operating.)
Every1,500hours/Every2years(whichever
comesrst)—Replaceallmovinghydraulic
hoses.
WARNING
Hydraulicuidescapingunderpressurecan
penetrateskinandcauseinjury.Fluidinjected
intotheskinmustbesurgicallyremoved
withinafewhoursbyadoctorfamiliarwith
thisformofinjury,organgrenemayresult.
Keepyourbodyandhandsawayfrom
pinholeleaksornozzlesthatejecthigh
pressurehydraulicuid.
Usecardboardorpapertondhydraulic
leaks;neveruseyourhands.
Cleaning
RemovingDebrisfromthe

ServiceInterval:Beforeeachuseordaily
Important:Operatingtheenginewithblocked
screens,dirtyorpluggedcoolingns,and/or
coolingshroudsremoved,willresultinengine
damagefromoverheating.
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurfaceandshutoff
theengine.Allowtheenginetocool.
2.Unlatchandremovethecowl.
3.Cleananydebrisfromunderthehopper.
4.Wipeawaydebrisfromtheaircleaner.
5.Cleananydebrisbuildupontheengineandin
thetransmissionwithabrushorblower.
Important:Itispreferabletoblowdirt
outratherthanwashingitout.Ifyouuse
water,keepitawayfromelectricalitemsand
hydraulicvalves.
Donotuseahigh-pressurewasher.
High-pressurewashingcandamagethe
electricalsystemandhydraulicvalvesor
depletegrease.
6.Installthecowlandsecurethelatches.
