GreasingtheMachine
ServiceInterval:Every50hours—Greaseandoilthe
machine.
Yearly—Packwheelbearings.
Ifyouoperatethemachineundernormalconditions,lubricate
allgreasettingsforthebearingsandbushingsafterevery50
hoursofoperationwithNo.2generalpurposelithium-base
grease.Lubricatebearingsandbushingsimmediatelyafter
everywashing,regardlessoftheintervallisted.Also,applya
lightcoatingofoilontothecontrolcables.
Thegreasettinglocationsandquantitiesareasfollows:
