1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,move
themotion-controlleverstotheNEUTRAL-LOCK
position,engagetheparkingbrake,raisethe
hopper,andinstallthecylinderlock.
2.Shutofftheengine,andremovethekey.Allow
theenginetocool.
3.ReplacethelterasshowninFigure54.

4.Starttheengineandletitrunforabout2minutes
topurgeairfromthesystem.
5.Shutofftheengineandcheckforleaks.
6.Checktheuidlevelinthereservoirtank,refer

7.Removethecylinderlockandlowerthehopper.

supports,wear,anddeterioration.

WARNING
Hydraulicuidescapingunderpressurecan
penetrateskinandcauseinjury.Fluidinjected
intotheskinmustbesurgicallyremoved
withinafewhoursbyadoctorfamiliarwith
thisformofinjury;otherwise,gangrenemay
result.
Keepyourbodyandhandsawayfrom
pinholeleaksornozzlesthateject
high-pressurehydraulicuid.
Usecardboardorpapertondhydraulic
leaks;neveruseyourhands.
