FORM NQO. 3313-689% MODEL NO. 70-7370 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS GEAR BOX ASSEMBLY KIT {FOR GM 300 SERIES, MODEL NO. 30710, 30721) DISASSEMBLY 1. Position machine on a level surface, lower cutting unit to the shop floor, shut engine off and engage parking brake. 2. Remove the universal shroud over the driveshaft assembly and remove driveshaft from the gearbox 3. Remove self-tapping screws holding covers to top of cutting unit and set covers aside. 4.

10. Mount driveshaft to gearbox input shaft and secure with a role pin. 11. Install the universal shroud over the driveshaft. 12. Install the rubber bumper on the underside of the “T" bar on the traction unit lift arm: A Measure inward on the “T” bar from the left hand side and 1" in from the front at the bottom of the bar. Center punch and drills 86/16" hole in the bottom side of the "'T" bar {Fig. 3}, B.
