ServiceInterval:Every400hours
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,disengage
theblade-controlswitch,andengagetheparking
brake.
2.Shutofftheengine,removethekey,andwait
forallmovingpartstostopbeforeleavingthe
operatingposition.
3.Raisetherearofmachineandsupportitusing
jackstands(orequivalentsupport)justhigh
enoughtoallowthedrivewheelstoturnfreely.
4.Removethewheelandorientthegearboxwith
thedrainportonthebottomandllportontop
(Figure57).
5.Placeadrainpanundereachcheckport(Figure
57).
Removeandretainthecheckplug.
6.Ensurethattheoillevelisuptocheckportand
iscorrectconsistency.
7.Installthecheckplugwhencomplete.

4.Removethewheelandorientthegearboxwith
thedrainportonthebottomandllportontop
(Figure57).
5.Placeadrainpanundereachport.
Removethedrainplug,checkplug,andllplug
toallowtheuiddrain(Figure57).
Retaintheplugs.
6.Installthedrainplugandaddoiluntilitcomes
outofthecheckport(Figure57).
7.Installcheckplugandllplug.
8.Repeatontheoppositeside.
Important:Donotoverllthedrivewheel
gearbox;otherwise,damagemayoccur.
