Ifthedeckistoolow,tightenthefront
height-adjustmentbolt(Figure82)byrotating
thebottomnutclockwise.
Ifthedeckistoohigh,loosenthefront
height-adjustmentbolt(Figure82)byrotating
thebottomnutcounterclockwise.Fine-tune
therearadjustersasrequired.
Adjusttherearwheelheight(Figure82)sothat
therearwheellightlytouchesthegroundwith
minimalpressure.
4.Measurethebackofthewingblades.Ifeither
haslessthan1.5mm(1/16inch)rake,raisethe
rearofthedeckbytighteningtheleftandright
rearadjustments(Figure82)untilall4blades
haveaminimumof1.5mm(1/16inch)rake.
Adjusttherearwingwheelssothattheylightly
touchthegroundwithminimalpressure.Tighten
all4rearhanger-mountlocations(Figure82).
5.Tightenthefrontandrearheight-of-cuthanger
jamnuts.
CheckingtheWingDeck
Bushings
ServiceInterval:Every400hours
1.Disengagetheblade-controlswitch(PTO),move
themotion-controlleverstotheNEUTRAL-LOCK
position,andengagetheparkingbrake.
2.Shutofftheengine,removethekey,andwait
forallmovingpartstostopbeforeleavingthe
operatingposition.
3.Raisethecenterdeckandfoldthewingsby
pressingdownthedeck-liftswitch.
Holdtheswitchdownuntilbothwingdecksare
completelyfolded.
4.Pushonthefrontcornersofthedecknearthe
lowerbushings.
Ifthethereismorethan3mm(1/8inch)of
movement,youneedtoreplacethebushings.
