Childrenorbystandersmaybeinjuredifthey

Alwaysremovetheignitionkeyandsetthe
parkingbrakewhenleavingthemachine
unattended,evenifjustforafewminutes.
Important:Makesurethatthefuel-shutoff
valveisclosedbeforetransportingorstoring
themachine,asfuelleakagemayoccur.Setthe
parkingbrakebeforetransporting.Makesureto
removethekeyasthefuelpumpmayrunand
causethebatterytolosecharge.
1.DisengagethePTO.
2.Movespeed-controllevertotheNEUTRAL
position.
3.Engagetheparkingbrake.
4.Placethethrottleinthemiddleposition.
5.Allowtheenginetorunforaminimumof15
seconds,thenturntheignitionswitchtotheOFF
positiontostoptheengine.
6.Removethekeytopreventchildrenorother
unauthorizedpersonsfromstartingengine.

Donottamperwiththeinterlockswitches.
Checktheoperationoftheinterlock
switchesdailyandreplaceanydamaged
switchesbeforeoperatingthemachine.
