CleaningtheEngineScreen
andEngineOilCooler
ServiceInterval:Beforeeachuseordaily
Removeanybuildupofgrass,dirt,orotherdebris
fromtheoilcooler.
Beforeeachuseremoveanybuildupofgrass,
dirt,orotherdebrisfromtheenginescreen.This
helpsensureadequatecoolingandcorrectengine
speedandreducesthepossibilityofoverheatingand
mechanicaldamagetotheengine.
ServicingtheEngine-Oil
Cooler
ServiceInterval:Every100hours
1.Movethespeed-controllevertotheNEUTRAL
positiontostopthemachine.
2.DisengagethePTO,engagetheparkingbrake,
shutofftheengine,andwaitforallmovingparts
tostop.
3.Removethefuel-tankmountingnutsandswing
outthefueltank.
4.Keeptheoilcoolerfreeofdebrisbycleaningthe
nswithabrush.
5.Swingthefueltankinandsecureitwiththe
mountingnuts.
6.Backthemountingnutsoff1/2turntoallowfor
tankexpansion.
CleaningtheEngine
CoolingFinsandShrouds
ServiceInterval:Every100hours/Yearly(whichever
comesrst)
1.Movethespeed-controllevertotheNEUTRAL
positiontostopthemachine.
2.DisengagethePTO,engagetheparkingbrake,
shutofftheengine,andwaitforallmovingparts
tostop.
3.Removetheair-intakescreenandfanhousing.
4.Cleanthedebrisandgrassfromtheengine
parts.
5.Installair-intakescreenandfanhousing.
CheckingandCleaningthe
HydraulicPumps
ServiceInterval:Beforeeachuseordaily
1.Movethespeed-controllevertotheNEUTRAL
positiontostopthemachine.
2.DisengagethePTO,engagetheparkingbrake,
shutofftheengine,andwaitforallmovingparts
tostop.
3.Raisetheseat.
4.Cleanthedebrisandgrassfromthehydraulic
pumps.
5.Lowertheseat.
