1.Installthebladedrivertothenewbladeswith
theshearboltsandlocknuts(Figure66).
2.Torquetheshearboltsto922to1130N∙m(80
to100in-lb).
Note:Aligntheblade-driveratswiththeats
ontheshaftwheninstallingthebladeonthe
mowerdeck.
3.Installtheblade,washer,andbladebolttothe
spindleshaft(Figure66).
4.Torquethebladeboltto115to149N∙m(85-110
ft-lb).
5.Lowerthemowerdecktotheoperatingposition.

OperatingPosition(page25).
WARNING
Operatingamowerdeckwithlooseor
weakenedbladeboltscanbedangerous.
Alooseorweakenedbladeboltcould
allowabladerotatingatahighspeed
tocomeoutfromunderthemower
deck,causingseriousinjuryorproperty
damage.
Replacethebladeboltafterstrikinga
foreignobject.
UseonlygenuineTororeplacement
parts.
Donotlubricatethethreadsofthe
boltorspindlebeforeassembly.
