Bulkelectrolytewith1.260specicgravitymustbe

purchasedfromalocalbatterysupplyoutlet.

Batteryelectrolytecontainssulfuricacidwhich

isadeadlypoisonandcausessevereburns.

•Donotdrinkelectrolyteandavoidcontact

withskin,eyesorclothing.Wearsafety

glassestoshieldyoureyesandrobbergloves

toprotectyourhands.

•Fillthebatterywherecleanwaterisalways

availableforushingtheskin.

•Followallinstructionsandcomplywithall

safetymessagesontheelectrolytecontainer.

1.Raisetheseattoaccessthebattery.

2.Removethebatteryfromthemachineandplace

itonalevelsurface;refertotheOperator’sManual,

RemovingtheBattery.

Important:Neverllthebatterywith

electrolytewhilethebatteryisinstalledinthe

tractor.Electrolytecouldbespilledonother

partsandcausecorrosion.

3.Cleanthetopofthebatterywithapapertowel.

4.Removetheventcapsfromthebattery(Figure1).

Slowlypourelectrolyteintoeachbatterycelluntil

theelectrolytelevelisuptotheUpperlineonthe

batterycase(Figure1).

Important:Donotoverllthebatterybecause

electrolyte(sulfuricacid)cancausesevere

corrosionanddamagetothechassis.

5. Wait five to ten minutes after filling the battery cells. Add electrolyte, if necessary, until the electrolyte level is up to the Upper line (Figure 1) on the battery case. 2 6.
