1 4 Removing the Machine from the Crate Servicing the Hydraulic Oil No Parts Required No Parts Required Procedure Procedure This machine is shipped filled with hydraulic fluid in the reservoirs. If removing the machine from a metal crate, refer to the Dealer/Distributor Portal for further information. Check the expansion tank; if necessary, add Toro® HYPR-OIL™ 500 hydraulic fluid, as recommended in the Operator's Manual, to the FULL COLD line (Figure 1).

8 Checking the Grass Deflector No Parts Required Procedure If there are plastic ties holding the grass deflector up, remove them and lower the deflector into place. WARNING An uncovered discharge opening could allow the machine to throw objects in the operator's or bystander's direction and result in serious injury or death. Also, contact with the blade could occur. Never operate the machine without a cover plate, a mulch plate, grass deflector, or bagger installed. 1.
