Operator’sManual.Suchroutinemaintenance,whetherperformedbyadealerorbyyou,isat
yourexpense.Partsscheduledforreplacementasrequiredmaintenance(“MaintenanceParts”),
arewarrantedfortheperiodoftimeuptothescheduledreplacementtimeforthatpart.Failureto
performrequiredmaintenanceandadjustmentscanbegroundsfordisallowingawarrantyclaim.

2.Bringtheproductandyourproofofpurchase(salesreceipt)totheservicecenterlocation.The
servicecenterwilldiagnosetheproblemanddetermineifitiscoveredunderwarranty.

Notallproductfailuresormalfunctionsthatoccurduringthewarrantyperiodaredefectsinmaterials
orworkmanship.Thisexpresswarrantydoesnotcoverthefollowing:
•Costofregularmaintenanceorparts,suchasfuel,lubricants,oilchanges,cable/linkage
adjustments,lters,sparkplugs,airlters,bladesharpeningorwornblades,orbrakeand
clutchadjustments
•Componentsfailingduetonormalwear
•Anyproductorpartthathasbeenaltered,misused,neglected,requiresreplacementorrepair
duetoaccidentsorlackofpropermaintenance
•Pickupanddeliverychargesunlessotherwisespecied
•RepairsorattemptedrepairsbyanyoneotherthananAuthorizedT oroServiceCenter
•Failuretofollowthefuelinginstructionsandrequirements(consulttheOperator'sManual
fordetails),suchas:
–Useofoldfuel(morethan1monthold)orfuelwhichcontainsmorethan10%ethanol
ormorethat15%MTBE
–Failuretodrainthefuelsystempriortoanyperiodofnon-useover1month
–Improperfuel
•Repairsoradjustmentsduetothefollowing:
–Contaminantsinthefuelsystem
–Failuretoperformtherequiredmaintenanceand/oradjustments
–Rotarymowerbladestrikinganobject
–Improperstartingprocedures
•Productfailuresresultingfromtheuseofmodiedorunapprovedaccessoriesornon-T oro
parts.
•Failurescausedbyoutsideinuence,including,butnotlimitedto,weather;storagepractices;
contamination;ortheuseofunapprovedcoolants,lubricants,additives,orchemicals

AllrepairscoveredbythesewarrantiesmustbeperformedbyanAuthorizedT oroServiceDealer
usingT oroapprovedreplacementparts.RepairbyanAuthorizedToroServiceDealerisyoursole
remedyunderthiswarranty.
NeitherTheToroCompanynorToroWarrantyCompanyisliableforindirect,incidental,or
consequentialdamagesinconnectionwiththeuseoftheToroProductscoveredbythese
warranties,includinganycostorexpenseofprovidingsubstituteequipmentorservice
duringreasonableperiodsofmalfunctionornon-usependingcompletionofrepairsunder
thesewarranties.
Allimpliedwarranties,includingmerchantabilityandtnessforaparticularpurpose,are
limitedtothedurationoftheexpresswarranty.
Somestatesdonotallowexclusionsofincidentalorconsequentialdamages,orlimitationsonhow
longanimpliedwarrantylasts,sotheaboveexclusionsmaynotapplytoyou.
Thiswarrantygivesyouspeciclegalrights,andyoumayalsohaveotherrightswhichvaryfrom
statetostate.

CustomerswhohavepurchasedT oroproductsoutsidetheUnitedStatesorCanadashouldcontact
