Makesurethatthemotion-controlleversarelockedinthe
PARKposition,andlifttheseatforward.
Thefollowingcomponentscanbeaccessedbyraisingtheseat:
•Serialplate
•Servicedecal
•Seat-adjustmentbolts
•Fuellter
•Batteryandbatterycables
ReleasingtheMower-Deck
Curtain
Loosenthe2bottomboltsofthecurtaintoaccessthetopof
themowerdeck(Figure28).

Lubrication
GreasingtheBearings
ServiceInterval:Every25hours—Greasealllubrication
points.
GreaseType:No.2generalpurpose,lithiumgrease
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,anddisengagethe
blade-controlswitch.
2.Movethemotion-controlleversoutwardtothePARK
position,shutofftheengine,removethekey,and
waitforallmovingpartstostopbeforeleavingthe
operatingposition.
3.Cleanthegreasettings(Figure29andFigure30)with
arag.

ofthetting(s).
