CheckingtheTirePressure

ServiceInterval:Every25hours—Checktirepressure.

Maintaintheairpressureinthefrontandreartiresas

specied.Uneventirepressurecancauseanunevencut.

Checkthepressureatthevalvestem(Figure45).Checkthe

tireswhentheyarecoldtogetthemostaccuratepressure

reading.

Refertothemaximumpressuresuggestedbythetire

manufactureronthesidewallofthecasterwheeltires.

Inatethereardrive-wheeltiresto82kPa(13psi).

ReleasingtheElectricBrake

Theelectricbrakereleasesbymanuallyrotatingthelinkarms

forward.Oncetheelectricbrakeisenergized,thebrakewill

reset.

1.TurntheignitionkeytotheOFFpositionordisconnect

thebattery.

2.Locatetheshaftontheelectricbrakewherethe

brake-linkarmsareconnected(Figure46).

3.Rotatetheshaftforwardtoreleasethebrake.
