1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurfaceanddisengagethe
blade-controlswitch.
2.Ensuretheparkingbrakeisengaged,stoptheengine,
removethekey,andwaitforallthemovingpartsto
stopbeforeleavingtheoperatingposition.
3.Removethecutoffbafefromthemowerdeck(Figure
21).
4.Liftthegrassdeectorandslidethetabsontopofthe
dischargecoverunderthegrassdeectorretainingrod.
5.Rotatethedischargecoverdownovertheopening,and
ontothelowerlipofthemower(Figure22).

1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurfaceanddisengagethe
blade-controlswitch.
2.Ensuretheparkingbrakeisengaged,stoptheengine,
removethekey,andwaitforallmovingpartstostop
beforeleavingtheoperatingposition.
3.Removetherightmowerblade;refertoRemovingthe
Blades(page44).
