PushingtheMachineby

Important:Alwayspushthemachinebyhand.
Donottowthemachine,becausetowingmay
damageit.
Thismachinehasanelectric-brakemechanism,and
topushthemachine,theignitionkeymustbeinthe
RUNposition.Thebatteryneedstobechargedand
functioningtodisengagetheelectricbrake.
PushingtheMachine
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,disengage
theblade-controlswitch,andengagetheparking
brake.
2.Shutofftheengine,removethekey,andwait
forallmovingpartstostopbeforeleavingthe
operatingposition.
3.Locatethebypassleversontheframeonboth
sidesoftheengine.
4.Movethebypassleversforwardthroughthekey
holeanddowntolocktheminplace(Figure26).

5.Turntheignitionkeyonanddisengagethe
parkingbrake.

returnedtotheSTOPpositiontoavoiddraining

maystillbeengaged.Youcanreleasetheelectric
brakemanuallyifnecessary;refertoReleasingthe
ElectricBrake(page41).
