Wheneveryouchangetheheightofcut,adjustthe
heightoftheanti-scalprollers.
Note:Adjusttheanti-scalprollerssothattherollers
donottouchthegroundinnormal,atmowingareas.
1.Disengagetheblade-controlswitch(PTO),move
themotion-controlleverstotheNEUTRAL-LOCK
position,andengagetheparkingbrake.
2.Shutofftheengine,removethekey,andwait
forallmovingpartstostopbeforeleavingthe
operatingposition.
3.Adjusttheanti-scalprollersasshowninFigure
28tomatchtheclosestheight-of-cutposition.

Wheneveryouchangetheheightofcut,itis
recommendedtoadjusttheheightoftheanti-scalp
rollers.
1.Disengagetheblade-controlswitch(PTO),move
themotion-controlleverstotheNEUTRAL-LOCK
position,andengagetheparkingbrake.
2.Shutofftheengine,removethekey,andwait
forallmovingpartstostopbeforeleavingthe
operatingposition.
3.Removetheangenut,anti-scalproller,andbolt
fromthebracket(Figure29).
Note:Keeptheboltandanti-scalproller
togetherwhenremoving.
