AdjustingtheFront-to-RearBlade
Slope
Checkthefront-to-rearbladelevelanytimeyouinstallthe
mower.Ifthefrontofthemowerismorethan7.9mm
(5/16inch)lowerthantherearofthemower,adjusttheblade
levelusingthefollowingprocedure:
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurfaceanddisengagethe
blade-controlswitch.
2.Movethemotion-controlleversoutwardtothePARK
position,shutofftheengine,removethekey,and
waitforallmovingpartstostopbeforeleavingthe
operatingposition.
3.Settheheight-of-cutlevertomiddleposition.
Note:Checkandadjusttheside-to-sidebladelevel
ifyouhavenotcheckedthesetting;refertoLeveling
fromSidetoSide(page40).
4.Carefullyrotatethebladessothattheyarefacingfront
torear(Figure55andFigure56).

loosentheadjustmentnut.
