WARNING
Anuncovereddischargeopeningcouldallowthe
lawnmowertothrowobjectsatyouorbystanders,
resultinginseriousinjury.Also,contactwiththe
bladecouldoccur.
Neveroperatethemachinewithoutthegrass
deector,thedischargecover,orthegrass-collection
systeminplace.
Inspectthegrassdeectorfordamagebeforeeachuse.
Replaceanydamagedpartsbeforeuse.
1.Removethenut(3/8inch)fromtherodunderthe
mower(Figure60).

deectoruptotestthatitsnapstothefulldown
position.
