RemovingtheMower
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurfaceand
disengagethebladecontrolswitch.
2.Movethemotioncontrolleversoutwardtothe
parkposition,stoptheengine,removethekey,
andwaitforallmovingpartstostopbefore
leavingtheoperatingposition.
3.Lowertheheight-of-cutlevertothelowest
position.
4.Removethehairpincotterfromthefrontsupport
rodandremovetherodfromthedeckbracket
(Figure60).Carefullylowerthefrontofthe
mowerdecktotheground.

Inspectthegrassdeectorfordamagebeforeeach
use.Replaceanydamagedpartsbeforeuse.

deectorbracketandslidetherodoutofthe
weldeddeckbrackets,spring,anddischarge
deector(Figure62).Removethedamagedor
worndischargedeector.
