ENGINE ASSEMBLY
Assemble Upper End
Cylinder Heads
1. Install the two locater pins for each head.
2. Install a new head gasket.
3. Place head onto locater pins and hold.
4. Loosely install the ve head bolts (three longer, two shorter), refer to Figure 20 and 21, page 9-21.
5. Tighten bolts in three passes following torque sequence and specication.
