Wheneveryouchangetheheightofcut,adjustthe

heightoftheanti-scalprollers.

Note:Adjusttheanti-scalprollerssotherollersdo

nottouchthegroundinnormal,atmowingareas.

1.Disengagetheblade-controlswitch(PTO)and

engagetheparkingbrake.

2.Shutofftheengine,removethekey,andwait

forallmovingpartstostopbeforeleavingthe

operatingposition.

3.Adjusttheanti-scalprollersto1ofthefollowing

positions:

•Upperhole—usethispositionwiththemower

deckinthe63mm(2-1/2inch)andbelow

height-of-cutpositions(Figure18).

•Lowerhole—usethispositionwiththe

mowerdeckinthe76mm(3inch)andabove

height-of-cutpositions(Figure18).
