Wheneveryouchangetheheightofcut,adjustthe
heightoftheanti-scalprollers.
Note:Adjusttheanti-scalprollerssotherollersdo
nottouchthegroundinnormal,atmowingareas.
1.Disengagetheblade-controlswitch(PTO)and
engagetheparkingbrake.
2.Shutofftheengine,removethekey,andwait
forallmovingpartstostopbeforeleavingthe
operatingposition.
3.Adjusttheanti-scalprollers(Figure19)tomatch
theclosestheight-of-cutposition.

Important:Alwayspushthemachinebyhand.Do
nottowthemachine,becausedamagemayoccur.
Thismachinehasanelectric-brakemechanism.T o
pushthemachine,theignitionkeyneedstobeinthe
RUNposition.Thebatteryneedstobechargedand
functioningfortheelectricbraketobedisengaged.
PushingtheMachine
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurfaceand
disengagetheblade-controlswitch.
2.Settheparkingbrake,shutofftheengine,and
waitforallmovingpartstostopbeforeleaving
theoperatingposition.
3.Locatethebypassleversontheframeonboth
sidesoftheengine.
4.Movethebypassleversforwardthroughthekey
holeanddowntolocktheminplace(Figure20).
5.TurntheignitionkeytotheONpositionand
disengagetheparkingbrake.
