necessary.DonotweartheseatbeltwhentheROPSis
foldeddown.
•BeawarethereisnorolloverprotectionwhentheROPS
isinthedownposition.
•Becertainthattheseatbeltcanbereleasedquicklyin
theeventofanemergency.
•Checktheareatobemowedandneverfolddownthe
ROPSinareaswherethereareslopes,dropoffsorwater.
•Checkcarefullyforoverheadclearances(i.e.branches,
doorways,electricalwires)beforedrivingunderany
objectsanddonotcontactthem.
•KeeptheROPSinsafeoperatingconditionby
periodicallythoroughlyinspectingfordamageand
keepingallmountingfastenerstight.
•ReplaceadamagedROPS.Donotrepairorrevise.
•DonotremovetheROPS.
•AnyalterationstoaROPSmustbeapprovedbythe
manufacturer.

•Donotstorethemachineorafuelcontainerinsidewhere
thereisanopename,suchasnearawaterheateror
furnace.
•Keepthenutsandboltstight,especiallythe
blade-attachmentbolts.
•Neverinterferewiththeintendedfunctionofasafety
deviceorreducetheprotectionprovidedbyasafety
device.Checktheirproperoperationregularly.
•Tobestprotectyourinvestmentandmaintainoptimal
performanceofyourToroequipment,countonToro
genuineparts.Whenitcomestoreliability,Torodelivers
