LifetimeFrameWarranty-Ifthemainframe,consistingofthepartsweldedtogethertoformthe
tractorstructurethatothercomponentssuchastheenginearesecuredto,cracksorbreaksin
normaluse,itwillberepairedorreplaced,atT oro'soption,underwarrantyatnocostforparts
andlabor.Framefailureduetomisuseorabuseandfailureorrepairrequiredduetorustor
corrosionarenotcovered.

SomeenginesusedonT oroProductsarewarrantedbytheenginemanufacturer.
Thiswarrantyincludesthecostofpartsandlabor,butyoumustpaytransportation
costs.

IfyouthinkthatyourToroProductcontainsadefectinmaterialsorworkmanship,
followthisprocedure:

24-hourToroDealerlocatorsystem.
2.Bringtheproductandyourproofofpurchase(salesreceipt)totheService
Dealer.Thedealerwilldiagnosetheproblemanddetermineifitiscovered
underwarranty.

OwnerResponsibilities
YoumustmaintainyourToroProductbyfollowingthemaintenanceprocedures
describedintheOperator'sManual.Suchroutinemaintenance,whetherperformed
byadealerorbyyou,isatyourexpense.
ItemsandConditionsNotCovered
Thereisnootherexpresswarrantyexceptforspecialemissionsystem
andenginewarrantycoverageonsomeproducts.
Thisexpresswarrantydoesnotcoverthefollowing:
•Costofregularmaintenanceserviceorwearparts,suchaslters,fuel,
lubricants,tune-upparts,bladesharpening,brakeandclutchadjustments.
•Anyproductorpartwhichhasbeenalteredormisusedandrequires
replacementorrepairduetonormalwear,accidents,orlackofproper
maintenance.
•Repairsnecessaryduetoimproperfuel,contaminantsinthefuelsystem,or
failuretoproperlypreparethefuelsystempriortoanyperiodofnon-useover
threemonths.
•Pickupanddeliverycharges.
GeneralConditions
AllrepairscoveredbythesewarrantiesmustbeperformedbyanAuthorizedT oro
ServiceDealerusingT oroapprovedreplacementparts.
NeitherTheToroCompanynorToroWarrantyCompanyisliableforindirect,
incidentalorconsequentialdamagesinconnectionwiththeuseoftheToro
Productscoveredbythiswarranty,includinganycostorexpenseofproviding
substituteequipmentorserviceduringreasonableperiodsofmalfunctionor
non-usependingcompletionofrepairsunderthiswarranty.
Allimpliedwarrantiesofmerchantability(thattheproductistforordinary
use)andtnessforuse(thattheproductistforaparticularpurpose)are
limitedtothedurationoftheexpresswarranty.
Somestatesdonotallowexclusionsofincidentalorconsequentialdamages,
orlimitationsonhowlonganimpliedwarrantylasts,sotheaboveexclusions
andlimitationsmaynotapplytoyou.
Thiswarrantygivesyouspeciclegalrights,andyoumayalsohaveotherrights
whichvaryfromstatetostate.
CountriesOtherthantheUnitedStatesorCanada
CustomerswhohavepurchasedToroproductsoutsidetheUnitedStatesorCanadashouldcontacttheirToroDistributor(Dealer)toobtainguaranteepoliciesforyourcountry,
province,orstate.IfforanyreasonyouaredissatisedwithyourDistributor'sserviceorhavedifcultyobtainingguaranteeinformation,contacttheT oroimporter.Ifallother
remediesfail,youmaycontactusatT oroWarrantyCompany.
