Hydraulic System Maintenance (Cont.)
Changing the Hydraulic System Filters and Fluid
Service Interval: After the rst 75 hours of use: Change the hydraulic system lters and uid
Every 250 hours (after the initial change): Change the hydraulic-system lters and uid when
using Mobil 1 15W-50 uid (change the uid more often under severe conditions).
Every 500 hours (after the initial change): Change the hydraulic system lters and uid when
using Mobil 1 15W-50 uid (change the uid more often under severe conditions).
Change the oil and the lters at the same time. Do not reuse the oil. Purge any air from the system after installing
the new lters and add oil see “Purging Procedure,” chapter 7, page 7-8. Repeat the purging procedure until
the oil remains at the FULL COLD line in the reservoir after purging.
NOTE: Failure to properly perform this procedure can result in irreparable damage to the hydrostatic
drive system.
Removing the Hydraulic System Filters
