Throttle Cable Assembly

Removal

1. Park the machine on a level surface and disengage the PTO. Stop the engine, wait for all moving parts to stop,

and remove the key. Engage the parking brake.

2. Disconnect the battery.

3. Remove the control panel assembly from the right console.

4. Remove the knob from the throttle lever (Figure 24).

5. Remove the two bolts and nuts securing the throttle control assembly to the control panel assembly.

6. Loosen the clamp securing the throttle cable to the throttle plate (A) (Figure 25).

7. Remove the throttle cable from the throttle plate (B), noting the position of the cable in the plate (Figure 25).

8. Pull the throttle cable assembly through the console and out of the machine.
