Procedure
WARNING
Anuncovereddischargeopeningcouldallow
thelawnmowertothrowobjectsatyouor
bystanders,resultinginseriousinjury.Also,
contactwiththebladecouldoccur.
•Neveroperatethelawnmowerunlessyou
installacoverplate,amulchplate,ora
grasschuteandcatcher.
•Makesurethatthegrassdeectoris
installedwhenthegrasschuteandcatcher
areremoved.
1.Removethesidedischargechutefromthe
mowerdeck(Figure15).
Note:Saveallthehardwareandtheside
dischargechute.Installthesidedischargechute
whenthebaggerandblowerareremoved.
