AdjustingtheFlowBafeCam
Locks
Thisprocedureisapplicableonlytomachineswiththe
ow-bafelocks.Certainmodelswillhavenutsandboltsin
placeoftheow-bafelocksandcanbeadjustedthesame.
Themower-dischargeowcanbeadjustedfordifferenttypes
ofmowingconditions.Positionthecamlocksandbafeto
givethebestqualityofcut.
1.Disengagetheblade-controlswitch(PTO),movethe
motion-controlleverstotheneutral-lockedposition,
andsettheparkingbrake.
2.Stoptheengine,removethekey,andwaitforallmoving
partstostopbeforeleavingtheoperatingposition.
3.Toadjustthecamlocks,swingtheleveruptoloosen
thecamlock(Figure31).
4.Adjustthebafeandcamlocksintheslotstothe
desireddischargeow .
5.Swingtheleverbackovertotightenthebafeandcam
locks(
Figure31).
6.Ifthecamlocksdonotlockthebafeintoplaceoritis
tootight,loosentheleverandthenrotatethecamlock.
Note:Adjustthecamlockuntilthedesiredlocking
pressureisachieved.
