MOUNT PULLEY SHIELDS 1. Release belt tension on water pump belt and remove belt from pump pulley (Fig. 1). 2. Remove (2} cap screws securing taper lock collar to pulley {Fig. 1). 3. Thread cap screws into taped holes in collar to remove collar, key and pulley from pump shaft (Fig. 1). Figure 1 1, Water pump belt 2. Water pump pulley 3. Taper lock collar 4. MOUNT EXHAUST SHIELDS 1. Remove (2) cap screws securing outer mounting tabs of left muffler guard to frame (Fig. 5). Figure 5 1. Muffler shied 2. Position left exhaust shield onto muffler guard aligning mounting holes (Fig. 6). 3. Secure shield to guard and frame with cap screws previously removed. 4. Mount exhaust shield to right muffler guard using same procedure. Figure 6 1.
