SIGNAL LIGHT KIT
WORKMAN 3000 SERIES
Helping you put quality into play.
NOTE: Vehicle must be equipped with a Wire Harness
Kit, part no. 93-3900 before Signal Light Kit can be
installed.
1. Raise bed and install safety support on fully
extended lift cylinder rod (if so equipped).
2. Stop engine, set parking brake and remove key
from ignition switch.
3. Remove positive (+) battery cable from battery.
4. Remove front hood from vehicle if not already
removed, refer to wire harness installation instructions.
5. Plug spade terminal of green (signal light) and pink
(warning light) wires from light kit harness into new
fuse block. Affix fuse decals to corresponding circuits
on vehicle fuse block decal (Fig. 1).
6. Insert (2) 15 Amp fuses into fuse block at locations
shown on decal (Fig. 1).

7. Remove 10 amp (headlight) fuse from existing fuse
block and replace with new 15 amp fuse. Affix new
decal over 10 amp fuse decal.
8. Affix warning switch decal around one of the
mounting holes in switch bracket (Fig. 2).
9. Mount warning switch in hole of switch bracket
with a washer and (2) hex nuts (Fig. 2). Washer to be
positioned between top nut and switch bracket.
10. Remove protective coverings from terminals of
orange and pink wires from wiring harness. Secure
terminals to warning switch with (2) screws and
washers (Fig. 2).

11. Position signal controller on left side of steering
column. Install clamp on right side and tighten,
securing controller on column (Fig. 3).
12. Route controller wire harness/relay under dash
and behind steering shaft toward right side of machine.
