RADIATOR KIT
1. Position machine on a clean, level surface, stop
engine, engage parking brake and remove key from
ignition switch.
2. Drain radiator.
CAUTION
If engine is hot and the radiator cap
removed, hot pressurized coolant can
escape and cause burns. If engine coolant
is hot, slowly and carefully remove radia
tor cap.
3. Disconnect hydraulic hoses connected to bottom
of radiator. Disconnect other end of hoses from engine.
4. Disconnect all other hoses secured to radiator.
5. Disconnect and remove radiator from machine.
Removed and Retain all parts from radiator for
re-assembly.
6. Install new hydraulic fittings and hoses to engine
as shown in figure 1.
7. Install old component parts to radiator.
8. Install new radiator to machine.
9. Connect new hydraulic lines to engine and radiator
fittings.
10. Connect remaining hoses to radiator.
11. Replenish fluids as required.
