INTERLOCK MODULE KIT

GREENS AERATOR

1. Stop engine, engage parking brake and remove

key from ignition switch.

2. Unplug interlock module connector from main wire

harness.

3. Remove self tapping screw and external tooth

lockwasher securing interlock module and engine wire

ring terminal to rear of control panel base. Retain

fasteners.

IMPORTANT: Coat all connectors with skin-over

grease, Toro part No. 505-36, before installing.

4. Plug new wire harness into new interlock module.

5. Mount new interlock module, ring terminal from

black wire and ring terminal from engine wire to rear of

control panel base with self tapping screw and external

tooth lockwasher. Electrical ground must be achieved

at this connection.

6. Plug interlock module wire harness into main wire

harness.

7. Check function of module:

 Engine should not start when coring head is

down in coring position unless override lever is

engaged. Refer to Greens Aerator Operator's Manual

for operation of the override system.

 Engine should kill when coring head is down in

coring position and operator releases interlock lever

switches.
