Install over wheel drive belts

Rear guard

Bolt 3/8–16 x 3/4’ (19 mm)

Locknut 3/8-16

Install guard to transmission brackets

Muffler Guard

1. Remove (2) existing muffler mounting screws at

front of engine and bolt that matches rear tab

(Fig. 1).

Note: Save hardware for use when installing

muffler guard.

2. Place muffler guard over muffler and secure with

previously removed muffler hardware (Fig. 1).

Installation Install Rear Guard Install Belt Guards 1. 1. Remove existing transmission indicator mounting hardware (Fig. 2). Remove bolts securing belt side plate (Fig. 3). Note: Note: 2. 3. 4. 5. Save hardware for use when installing rear guard. Place rear guard between transmission indicator and transmission mounting brackets, and along lower edges of traction unit.
