adjustitifnecessary.
Important:Checkthecontrolcableforproper
adjustmentinitially,aftertherstoperatinghour,
andthenannuallythereafter.
1.Movethecontrolbarbacktowardthehandleto
removetheslackinthecable.
2.Ensurethata1/16to1/8inch(2to3mm)gapexists
betweenthecontrolbarandthehandle(Figure19).

below .

fortherotorbladestostopproperly.

1.Unhooktheendofthecontrolcablespringfromthe
controlbar(Figure20).

adjusterlinkasneededtoobtainthe1/16to1/8
inch(2to3mm)gapbetweenthecontrolbarand
thehandle(Figure21).

gapbetweenthecontrolbarandthehandle;moving
itlowerincreasesthegap.
3.Replacethespringcoverandhooktheendofthe
controlcableintothebottomholeofthecontrolbar.
4.Checktheadjustment;refertoCheckingtheCable.
Note:Afterextendeduse,thedrivebeltmaywear
andloseitsproperbelttension.Ifthedrivebeltslips
(continuouslysqueals)underaheavyload,increasethe
belttensionbyinsertingthespringendintothetophole
ofthecontrolbar.Thebeltmayslip(squeal)inwet
conditions;todryoutthedrivesystem,starttherotor
andrunitwithoutaloadfor30seconds.
