EmptyingtheCollectionSystem
Oncethecollectionbagllswithenoughgrasstocover
oneorbothofthesensorsandbreaktheinfraredbeam
abeepingalarmwillsoundtoalerttheoperator.The
alarmshutsoffoncethebladecontrolswitchisturned
Off.Ifoneorbothsensorsareunpluggedthemower
bladeswillnotengage.
Themachineisequippedwithanalarmthatsoundsto
notifytheoperatorthecollectionbagisfull.
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,disengagethe
bladecontrolswitchandmovethemotioncontrol
leverstothebrakeposition.
2.MovethethrottletoSlow.
3.RaisethecollectionbagbyextendingtheDFSlever
andthenpullingdown(Figure16).

Intheeventthatthecollectionbagalarmgoesoffand
thebagislessthanfull,thesensorsshouldbecleared
ofanyclippingsordebristhatbeblockingthebeam.
Raisethecollectionbagandwipeoffthefacesofthe
sensorswithasoftcloth.
Important:Youcanwashthemachinewithmild
detergentandwater.Donotpressurewashthe
machine.Avoidexcessiveuseofwater,especially
nearthecontrolpanel,engine,hydraulicpumps,
andmotors.
CollectionBag
Thecollectionbagisretainedintheenginecoverby
seatingtheleversidepinintoaholedbracketinthe
righthandsideoftheenginecover.Toremove,raise
thebagupandrstliftthepinintheopennotchup
andawayfromthecover.Thenslidetheleversidepin
outthebracketuntilthebagisclearofthemachine.
Wheninstalling,seatthissiderstandthenplacethe
opposingpinintheopennotchintheenginecover.
Allowthebagtoswingdown,intoplace.
