Makes 1 large loaf,
6-10 servings
2 eggs
3 med. bananas or
4 small bananas
½ cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar or substitute
1 tsp. baking soda
dash of salt
2 tbsp. buttermilk
2 cups all-purpose flour
1½ cups chopped walnuts

1. Place eggs into the Torpedo™ and lock lid
into place. PULSE twice.
2. Remove vented top and add bananas through
the center opening. PULSE two or three
times until roughly chopped.
3. Add vegetable oil, sugar, baking soda, salt
and buttermilk and allow to blend on AUTO
until machine turns off.
4. With the Torpedo™ ON, add flour (

at a time) until flour is all mixed into batter.
5. Add walnuts and PULSE to mix.
6. Pour into a large, well-greased bread loaf
pan. Bake at 350° for 50 min. to 1 hour or
until a toothpick inserted into center of loaf
comes out clean.
