Sweet and Savory Carrot Juice
Makes 1 serving
2 cups fresh spinach, washed
1 carrot, peeled and quartered
½ apple, cored and peeled
¼ lemon, peeled
1. Place all ingredients into the Torpedo™
and lock lid into place. Press AUTO.
2. After machine has stopped pulsing and has started blending, open dispenser
so juice pours into glass.
Tomato Strawberry Orange Juice
Makes 2 servings
½ tomato, skin and seeds intact
6 strawberries, washed and hulled
¼ orange, peeled
½ cup soy milk
honey to taste
2 cups ice
cold filtered water as needed
1. Place all ingredients into the Torpedo™ and lock lid into place. Press AUTO.
2. After machine has stopped pulsing and has started blending, open dispenser
so juice pours into glass.
3. Dilute with cold filtered water as desired for a thinner consistency.
Tomato Celery Cucumber Juice
Makes 2 servings
2 large tomatoes, washed and quartered
1 celery stalk, trimmed and quartered
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
¼ onion, peeled and diced
1 cup cold water
1. Place all ingredients into the Torpedo™ and lock lid into place. Press AUTO.
2. After machine has stopped pulsing and has started blending, open dispenser
so juice pours into glass.
